Therapeutic Counselling
I offer trauma-informed, neuro-affirming counselling for children, adolescents, and adults navigating emotional, behavioural, and relational challenges. My approach is tailored, collaborative, and grounded in deep respect for each person’s lived experience.

- Survivors of sexual assault, family violence, and narcissistic abuse
- Neurodivergent individuals (ADHD, autism) seeking regulation and self-understanding
- Children and adolescents engaging in harmful sexual behaviours
- Parents and carers managing big behaviours, grief, or family rupture
I draw on evidence-based modalities including EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), TF-CBT, ACT, Child-Centred Play Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. Sessions are attuned and strengths-focused — designed to build safety, regulation, and resilience while empowering meaningful change in daily life and relationships.

Parent Coaching & Child-Focused Support
I offer trauma-informed, neuro-affirming parent coaching to help you better understand and support your child — especially when big emotions, challenging behaviours, or trauma histories are part of everyday life.
My approach empowers parents, carers, and guardians to foster emotional safety, connection, and growth through insight, co-regulation, and practical strategies.
I support families navigating:
- School refusal, meltdowns, and sibling conflict
- Neurodivergence (ADHD, autism, PDA profiles)
- Harmful sexual behaviours and risk-related safety planning
- Emotional dysregulation and attachment disruptions
Support includes:
- Relational, non-punitive behaviour strategies
- Predictable, low-demand routines for school and home transitions
- Strengthening emotional literacy and secure attachment
- Case management and counselling for parents of children with complex behaviours

Psychosocial Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA)
NDIS-aligned assessments exploring how disability, trauma, and mental health impact daily functioning across key life domains. Reports include clinical formulation, funding recommendations, and validated tools such as WHODAS 2.0, SDQ, and LSP-16.Biopsychosocial Assessments
Comprehensive assessments that explore biological, psychological, social, cultural, and environmental factors affecting wellbeing. I offer trauma-informed, neuro-affirming consultation and supervision for professionals supporting children, young people, and families with complex needs.
Secondary Consultation
Specialised guidance for schools, support workers, and organisations navigating challenging behaviours, trauma histories, or neurodivergence. Areas of consultation include:Neurodivergence & Trauma: Supporting children and adolescents with autism, ADHD, PDA, and complex trauma through relational, developmentally informed strategies.
Harmful Sexual Behaviour (HSB): Expert guidance on safety planning, therapeutic recommendations, and multi-stakeholder collaboration when supporting children who engage in HSB.
Multi-Agency Case Support: Facilitating cohesive, trauma-informed approaches across care teams to promote consistency, safety, and positive outcomes.
Supervision for Professionals
I provide reflective, strengths-based supervision for Social Workers, Support Coordinators, NDIS professionals, and others in the helping professions. Sessions are tailored to your role and may focus on:- Complex case reflection
