I work with individuals of all ages – from young children (4+) to adolescents and adults. For children under 4, I provide attachment-focused support by working with parents or caregivers to strengthen the parent–child relationship and support early emotional development and relational attunement.
Do you offer Telehealth?
Yes, Telehealth appointments are available for clients across Australia via a secure video platform.
What is your therapeutic approach?
My practice is trauma-informed, neuro-affirming, and relational. I draw on a range of evidence-based modalities to tailor support to each person’s unique needs.
