No referral is required to access counselling privately. However, if you wish to claim a Medicare rebate, you will need a GP Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP) and a valid referral from your GP. You're also welcome to self-refer by completing the form on the Contact page to request an appointment.

Do you offer Medicare rebates?

Do you work with NDIS participants?
Yes. I work with NDIS participants of all ages, including children under 9. I provide counselling, therapeutic support, and assessments under Capacity Building. I accept both self-managed and plan-managed participants. I also offer Psychosocial Functional Capacity Assessment (FCA) reports to support access requests and plan reviews.

What ages do you work with?
I work with individuals of all ages – from young children (4+) to adolescents and adults. For children under 4, I provide attachment-focused support by working with parents or caregivers to strengthen the parent–child relationship and support early emotional development and relational attunement.

Do you offer Telehealth?
Yes, Telehealth appointments are available for clients across Australia via a secure video platform.

What is your therapeutic approach?
My practice is trauma-informed, neuro-affirming, and relational. I draw on a range of evidence-based modalities to tailor support to each person’s unique needs. These include EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Child-Centred Play Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Trauma-Focused CBT, and psychoeducation. My approach is grounded in respect, curiosity, and a deep belief in the healing power of safe, attuned relationships.

What are your fees?
As of July 2025, my standard fee is $193.99 per 60-minute session. Medicare rebates of $87.25 may apply with a valid MHTP referral. NDIS participants (self- or plan-managed) can also use their Capacity Building funds.

Do you write reports for the NDIS or other services?
Yes. I provide a range of reports to support clients and families across different systems. These include:

  • NDIS reports: including Psychosocial Functional Capacity Assessments, progress summaries, and recommendations for access or plan reviews

  • Biopsychosocial Assessments: to support therapeutic planning, NDIS, or school-based needs

  • Letters and reports: for schools, GPs, or allied health professionals to support understanding, collaboration, and access to services

  • Assessment and Treatment Recommendation Reports: for concerns around harmful sexual behaviour (HSBs), particularly when requested by the Magistrates’ Court, outlining therapeutic engagement and treatment needs

All reports are tailored, evidence-based, and written with a trauma-informed, neuro-affirming lens. Please note that report writing is billed at the standard hourly rate.
